Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the purchase of goods (Goods) from Urban Glam Decor Ltd (referred to as “Urban Glam Decor” or the “Company”) by the buyer (referred to as “you”). By purchasing Goods from our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

2.1 Contract: An agreement for the purchase of Goods by the Customer from Urban Glam Decor
2.2 Customer: Any person(s), firm, or company purchasing Goods from Urban Glam Decor, including retailers (excluding consumers).
2.3 Goods: Items supplied by Urban Glam Decor to the Customer under any Contract.
2.4 Company Drivers: The driver engaged or employed by Urban Glam Decor for deliveries using the Standard Delivery Service.

3. Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions and the quotation together constitute the Contract between us and you. By accepting them, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Contract will be deemed accepted upon your acceptance of the terms, the quotation, or from the date of any Goods delivery, whichever occurs earlier.

4. Changes and Modifications

Urban Glam Decor reserves the right to make changes to the construction, design, or specification of its products without prior notice.

5. Delivery Methods

We offer various delivery methods, including Standard Delivery or Next Day Delivery. Specific terms for each delivery mode are outlined below:

Standard Delivery:

• Delivery lead time: 5-7 working days.
• Failure to take delivery without 24 hours’ notice may result in a standard levy fee of £65.

Next Day Delivery:

• Next Day Delivery eligible for orders meeting MOQ of £1000.
• Processing errors resulting in wrong Goods dispatched will be rectified at our expense.

6. Returns

• 5-working day return window from delivery receipt.
• 25% order cancellation fee applies.
• Returned items must be in original packaging and condition.
• Notification of damages or returns must be made within 48hrs of receiving the order.

7. Guarantee & Warranty

• Goods guaranteed for 12 months from the invoice date.
• 1-year manufacturing warranty, excluding standard wear and tear.

8. Payment

• Acceptance of major credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
• Payment due in GBP; order processed upon credit card authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Website provided “as is”, no warranties on accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
• Limitation of liability applies to all damages, excluding consumer statutory rights.

10. Force Majeure

Urban Glam Decor is not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights to website and brochure content belong to Urban Glam Decor Ltd

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
