We understand the importance of timely and secure delivery for our customers, ensuring that their orders reach them in pristine condition and within the specified timeframe.

Partnering with reputable courier services allows us to extend our reach across UK while maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality. Here’s what you can expect from our delivery service:

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is available for UK Mainland addresses only. Please note that delivery to Northern Ireland, Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Channel Islands is not covered by our free delivery service.

Orders exceeding £1000 qualify for free standard delivery. Orders below £1000 will incur a delivery charge, which will be confirmed by our sales team upon receipt of the order.

Delivery lead time is typically 3-5 working days from the receipt and payment of an order for Mainland UK and Scotland, and 5-7 working days for Ireland and the Channel Islands. Upon ordering goods, customers will receive an approximate delivery date. Standard delivery entails kerbside or door delivery.

All documentation (Delivery notes, Return notes) must be signed by the Customer and the Urban Glam Decor Driver (where applicable).

Failure to take delivery of goods on the scheduled date without providing a minimum 24 hours notice may result in a standard delivery fee at our discretion to cover transport and administration costs.

In the event of a processing error resulting in the wrong goods being dispatched, Urban Glam Decor will arrange the re-delivery of the correct goods with our assigned courier at our expense.

Next Day Delivery

Customers are eligible for next day delivery if orders are placed and paid for by 12 pm Tuesday to Friday. While no minimum order quantity is required, there will be a next day delivery charge confirmed by the sales team upon ordering.

• Next day delivery is available for orders placed by 12 pm Tuesday to Friday. All documentation (Delivery notes, Return notes) must be signed by an authorized member of the Customer’s staff and the Twenty 10 Driver (where applicable).

Additional Notes:

1. Scottish Highlands include the following postcodes: KW, HS, IV, AB, PH, DD, PA, FK, KY, G, KA, ML, EH, DG, TD.
2. Island of Ireland includes Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
3. Channel Islands and other Islands include the following regions: Shetland Isles – Scotland (ZE); Isle of Man (IM); Isle of Wight (PO30 – 41).
